Job Description

AptFil Recruitment & Consultants is seeking experienced and motivated Commission-Based Marketers to promote our professional training programs and drive course enrollments. This role is ideal for individuals with strong marketing and communication skills who are confident in generating leads and converting them into successful registrations.

As a marketer, you will play a key role in expanding our reach by promoting courses through digital platforms, personal networks, and professional channels. This is a results-oriented role with attractive earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Promote AptFil training programs through social media, online platforms, and personal networks
Identify and generate potential leads for course enrollments
Communicate effectively with prospective candidates and provide accurate course information
Convert leads into successful enrollments
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
Meet or exceed assigned enrollment targets
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
Fluent in English & Sinhala languages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
Prior experience in promoting training programs or educational services is an advantage
