I am a results-driven Human Resources Professional with over eight years of progressive experience in strategic HR operations, Training & Development, employee engagement, compliance management, and performance management within leading apparel and corporate environments including Texlan Center (Pvt) Ltd, Hela Clothing, and Brandix Center of Inspiration.

My core strength lies in designing and implementing impactful Training & Development initiatives. I have conducted annual Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and delivered competency-based learning programs for 500+ employees, while leading the conceptualization and implementation of a structured Training & Development module within the HMS platform to enhance HR analytics and compliance tracking.

I have successfully managed large-scale workforce expansion projects (scaling from 250 to 1,500 employees), overseen performance management cycles aligned with organizational KPIs, and supported international compliance standards including SLCP (NIKE), Higg FEM, CTPAT, and ISO audits. My leadership also extends to organizing large-scale CSR initiatives and employee engagement programs that strengthened corporate reputation and retention.

Academically, I hold a Master’s in International Business with Distinction from University of the West of Scotland (via Imperial College of Business Studies), along with professional qualifications from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and National Institute of Labour Studies. I am currently enhancing my analytical capabilities through Power BI and Lean Six Sigma, strengthening my transition toward data-driven HR leadership.
