▫️ Teach customer onboarding and retention strategies
▫️ Train students on ticketing systems and customer support workflows
▫️ Guide learners in email communication and client handling techniques
▫️ Teach KPI tracking and customer success reporting
▫️ Support students in building real-world customer support case projects
✅ Requirements
▫️ Strong experience in customer support, CRM, or customer success roles
▫️ Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
▫️ Experience in SaaS, BPO, or service industry is an advantage
▫️ Good communication and presentation skills
▫️ Ability to simplify customer handling workflows for learners
▫️ Training experience is a plus
