We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Payroll Service Trainer to join our remote team. This role will be instrumental in educating employees on payroll systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive training on payroll processes and software to remote employees.
– Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and resources.
– Conduct individual or group training sessions on payroll-related topics via virtual platforms.
– Assist employees with troubleshooting payroll system issues.
– Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and ensure training content reflects those changes.
– Monitor and evaluate trainee progress to ensure understanding and effectiveness of training.
– Offer ongoing support and follow-up for employees post-training.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
– Strong understanding of payroll systems and software.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Previous experience in training or teaching is a plus.
– Ability to break down complex payroll topics for easy understanding.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Skills:
– Knowledge of current payroll laws and compliance regulations.
– Experience with payroll software

Working Hours:
This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours.
