Security Officer

Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Security Officer for our preschool in Gampola. Ideally, the candidate should be from the Gampola area or able to commute reliably.

Position Details:
• Duty Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
• Work Days: Weekdays only (No weekends, unless otherwise informed in advance)
• Pay Structure: LKR 1,500 per day (attendance/daily basis)
• If EPF/ETF contributions are required, they will be included within the LKR 1,500
• This covers the 12% (employer), 8% (employee), and 3% (gratuity) contributions

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular security duties for a school environment
• Manage and maintain the Information Book (IB)
• Assist with traffic control and support drivers during school hours
• Provide a welcoming and secure presence at the school premises

We would prefer a female candidate for this role, though male applicants will also be considered.
